Recent Projects

One of Foster Contracting’s largest projects to date, Bottleworks is the renovation of the Coca Cola Bottling facility in the Mass Avenue Arts district of Indianapolis. The project includes ballasted EPDM roofs to mimic the historic roof and TPO roofs on a new fourth story addition. This project for Hagerman Construction and Hendricks Property Group displays custom finishes and complex details. Foster designed and built an inline gutter system at the north end where sloped glazing meets a parapet wall and used a coating process to restore the historic awning originally roofed with copper.

Foster Contracting is proud to be partnering with the State of Indiana and Shiel Sexton to deliver the new White River Amphitheater facility which includes three buildings. Fully adhered Johns Manville TPO roofing and Metal Era Coping were installed along with the SkyDeck above the stage and two sets of fall protection systems.

Foster Contracting partnered with Powers & Sons Construction on the West Perry Library branch for the Indianapolis Public Library. Foster Contracting installed a 60 MIL GAF thermoplastic roof membrane and Metal Era fascia on this new library branch.

Foster Contracting replaced the roof for the Bartholomew County offices in Columbus, Indiana.  This project included R-30 insulation with 90 MIL EPDM membrane.

Tucked away on a hillside in Nashville this building seems to fit its surroundings. Foster Contracting worked with the library board to maintain this look by installing a warranted shingle system from Owens Corning including their Duration shingle in Driftwood color.

Replacing the beloved Little Nashville Opry that burned down in 2009, this music venue features two distinct roof types. Foster Contracting installed Johns Manville TPO roofing over the stage and seating area and a lower, shingle steep slope roof by Atlas over the entry. The juxtaposition of the two roof types creates an impressive yet welcoming feel that is exactly what Brandt Construction and Miller Architects were striving for.

Foster Contracting worked with Stenz Construction on behalf of the Arch Diocese of Indianapolis to install a ballasted TPO system and metal siding to help make this original structure stand out in downtown Indianapolis’s funky Fountain Square neighborhood.

This project was for the beautiful City of Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a metal roof overlay utilizing Roof Huggers and MBCI BattenLok standing seam roofing.

Foster Contracting worked with S&B Construction to complete the Southland Christian Church in Greenwood, Indiana. This project included 60 MIL TPO membrane with Firestone CFP siding panel.

Foster Contracting was proud to assist in the remodel of Spring Mill Elementary with CSO Architects and Smoot Construction. Foster reroofed the 750 square shingled elementary school using IKO Cambridge asphalt shingles.

Foster Contracting completed Sugar Creek Fire Station in New Palestine, Indiana. This project included nailbase, asphalt shingles, and TPO membrane.

Our team installed a roof overlay for the Town of Veedersburg. This project included the installation of roof huggers on the existing roof purlins and new MBCI SuperLok Standing Seam Roof panels.

Foster Contracting was hired by Keystone Realty and Keystone Construction to provide full replacement of the 94,700 square feet of asphalt shingles of Wentworth Apartments at the Village of West Clay using Atlas Prolam Shingles.

Foster Contracting provided this new facility with a Johns Manville TPO roof and installed a concrete paver patio to allow its residents to enjoy some of the roof square footage for recreation.

Foster Contracting partnered with Indiana University for this 60 MIL GAF fully adhered TPO roof with low rise foam insulation attachment for the Student Services Building.
